Welcome to Clareve. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any products offered through it. Where an order is cancelled by us, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers, and by submitting an order you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable shipping and taxes. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm and accept your order. Clareve is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose pre-owned products we sell, and all brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. We reference these names solely to accurately describe the genuine, pre-owned items we offer. All other content on this site — including our name, logo, text, graphics, and images we create — is the property of Clareve and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
