CLAREVE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Clareve, every piece is individually sourced, authenticated, and prepared for a single new owner. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of luxury, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships, provided your request is made within three business days of placing the order. If you cancel after those three business days but before the item has shipped, a 5% processing fee will apply, which covers the non-refundable payment-processing and handling costs we incur. To cancel, simply email us at support.issue.claim@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. At that point we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges, so we encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and the full description — and to ask us any questions — before placing your order.
That said, we stand behind everything we send. If your order arrives damaged in transit or materially different from how it was described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We review every case individually, and where the issue is verified, we'll make it right with an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund or a replacement.
Finally, nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where required — for example, the statutory cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal period for online purchases in the EU and UK — those rights apply in addition to everything above.
