At Clareve, every order is an individually sourced, , and we take care to inspect, authenticate, and package each item properly before it leaves us. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it from our hands to yours.

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 6 to 17 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method available to your country. Please note that these are estimates rather than guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and the handling time of local postal services. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

For international orders, please be aware that customs processing in your country can add additional time to the estimates above, and in some cases this can be significant. Every country handles customs differently, and we have no control over how long an item is held for inspection or clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, so we recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering if you're unsure.

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for its delivery passes to them, though we're always here to help if something goes wrong. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or you believe your order may be lost or delayed beyond the normal window, contact us at support.issue.claim@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do everything we can to assist in tracing it. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
